We currently have fresh rhubarb and fresh asparagus - both Hilger grown! If you've never tasted fresh asparagus not bought from a grocery store, give it a try. It is wonderful roasted or grilled with a simple drizzle of oil, salt, & pepper.

Spring has arrived at Hilger Family Farm! 🌱 It's not too early to plant seed potatoes, onion sets, carrots, red beets, radishes, cabbages, pansies, etc. We have many plants for you to start your garden with. We also have beautiful, full hanging baskets that are easy to bring under a porch on frosty nights.
We're excited for this year and can't wait to see you again! We are now OPEN for 2024.
